Got it pre ordered as soon as I could from EB Games along with the GameCube controller and adapter. Haven't used a GameCube controller in at least 14 years when me and a buddy got a GameCube with Windwaker off eBay.

@canucksfan989 Right on! The GameCube controller sure works well with the Smash Bros. games!

I'm definitely going to pre-order it from Best Buy because I still have GCU so it's 20% off and you get a $10 certificate for pre-ordering it. I haven't yet though because I don't really see a point right now and I'm a little low on money right now, not to mention I'm getting tons of games before then (Captain Toad, Go Vacation, Warioware, Mario Party, Pokemon, etc.).

I haven’t yet, but I probably will. I’m considering buying a GC adapter and another GC controller too.

Especially on Amazon and BestBuy you get the Pre-Order discounts and that can make or break a Pre-Order choice. I like to save on games and since I have Prime and GCU I use them til they are gone as in the case of GCU. Where GCU I can get a huge discounts on Amiibos and Collector's Edition something Amazon doesn't always do on some Collectors Edition one being Octopath Collector's Edition.

@SwitchForce For sure. Yes, the pre-ordering through Amazon works well. And Prime is awesome!

I want to get it, but I haven't pre-ordered a game since, like Super Smash Bros Brawl. I realized there was no point in it. Also I don't have any money, either way.

I'm definitely pre-ordering it, but I don't know if I should go physical for ~$9 off with Amazon Prime (don't forget about the Gold Points you get from digital purchases so it's not $12 off) or digital for pre-loading to have it everywhere I want at a whim's notice.

@EvilLucario It's a tough choice. I always enjoy holding the physical copy in my hand.

@EvilLucario I ordered it physical for collection purposes. And you also get gold points for physical games too you know

EvilLucario

@Tingle_The_Great You only get around 60 cents with physical, which is a drop in the bucket.

@EvilLucario Seriously? Ouch, I had no idea, sorry. I still thing the sacrifice is worth it for a physical copy

@Tingle_The_Great It's no big deal, physical still ends up cheaper if you have Amazon Prime or still have Best Buy's GCU. Really though I much prefer digital over physical nowadays except for games where I just need the box.

But the Amazon Prime rate is a killer if you don't order enough to makeup for the recent rate hike to be Prime.
