Topic: When the joy con freeze up when they are attached to the system itself

Since good old Google wasn't much help with this question I have so I thought why not a form
So my Girlfriend got a switch one of the GameStop bundles it was the splatoons 2 one with the red and blue color joy cons she has notice when she is playing it handheld that it will randomly freeze up or just stop working like she cant move her person on the game but everyone else is running around and shooting now ive had my switch for a while thank you ebay but its just the black joy cons and I haven't had any trouble with mine when in handheld mode could anyone else or have any ideas what we could do?

I would suggest contacting Nintendo about getting them replaced, they should still be under warranty.
