Topic: When can I play Xenoblade Chronicles DE?

At what exact time can I play Xenoblade Chronicles DE? I already preload it really can't wait to play it and I know it will be playable tomorrow. Will it differs for each and every country? or will it based on the time in the US? I am not living in the US btw.

Well, it says it'll unlock at midnight, on the eshops pages, @dagda .... So, that should be local time
