Topic: What will it take for the Switch to succeed or fail?

Succeed:

-The new look is better than what the Wii U looks like, which is sort of like a Fisher Price toy but black.

-That they're using adults in the trailer for it instead of mostly children.

-More third party releases. Skyrim was kind of surprising but the Wii U really needs more third party support for people to take notice of it or to take it seriously.

Fail:

-If it release mostly on its gimmick. If it's just Wii U part 2 and has a weak release of games and low number of games, it will not do well.

-If they make lazy games with nothing special to them, like Mario Party 10, Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, Animal Crossing: Amiibo festival.

-If they keep recycling old ideas for their games.

I don't think this needs its own thread. We already have a Switch thread and plenty of similar Switch prediction threads.
