We know a new 2D Mario is under development so that sorta crosses off New Super Mario Bros. Though likely they'll leave that brand behind. It's been 4 games now, I can't imagine they'd want to not innovate the style by now.
Mario Golf is presumably spring 2020 until someone tells me otherwise, Camelot usually has a two-year development cycle.
I honestly... don't expect anything else on this list until late-2021 at the earliest sadly. Warioware, Pikmin, and Mario vs. DK are the only ones I'm expecting at this point to actually make it on the Switch in some form.
Geist, it's a given with the relentless pestering the fanboys give Nintendo HQ about it
I feel like you must be joking. Would love see a new Geist, but it's not going to happen. That game bombed hard. A new Eternal Darkness has a better chance, and even that one is a long shot.

Paper Mario and/or Mario & Luigi are almost certainly coming, it's more a matter of when than if. I would've thought we'd see one announced already, but I guess they're not ready yet. Maybe next year. DK and Mario Kart will almost certainly have an original game on Switch at some point as well, they're far too popular to just be left with ports. Mystery Dungeon and Pokepark seem to be dead and TPC seems to be obsessed with mobile, so I think we'll get very little in the way of Pokemon spinoffs and anything else we do get will probably be something new.
Well, Paper Mario is being done finally and I'm happy to be wrong about Mystery Dungeon, hopefully we get a new one and maybe an Explorers remake before the Switch calls it quits. As for right now I'm thinking we'll see the following:
Mario Kart (new game)
Donkey Kong (new game)
2D Zelda (new game)
2D Metroid
maybe Pikmin?
maybe Mario vs. DK?
Meanwhile, Mario & Luigi is probably dead due to AlphaDream bankruptcy and demands for a more traditional RPG experience out of Paper Mario. I'm also not confident F-Zero is coming back because it's typically a <1 million seller, but if there was ever a time for that series to make a return, it'd be on the Switch. Anything else is a mystery I think.
