It'd be cool if Nintendo released a Hearthstone style digital card game based on their collective IPs with cross platform support both for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.

Uncharted style adventure game (from Retro maybe??) and an exclusive first/third person shooter. I know its been tried before and never really worked (PN03 and Geist as examples) but I think nows the time to try again. @Anti-Matter Mario Mix 2??
Crazy idea; I think a Fire Emblem-esque game set in the mushroom kingdom would be pretty awesome, literally taking on Bowsers hordes? Don't think they'd ever go for it as it's the characters that tend to drive the FE series and they like to keep the mushroom folk fairly non-descript and let's face it, most people would only play so they could make Luigi babies, just doesn't sound very Nintendo?
Rational/what i'd choose idea; If I'm being completely honest, I'd love to see a Nintendo take on big, epic RPG's that isn't Zelda (as much as I love that series). They're so good at tearing up/experimenting tried and tested formulas I'd just love to see what they could do...?
Left-field; A stealth-y game similar to the old-school thief games/maybe Dishonored but set in a Nintendo world (maybe OoT from Sheikh's perspective?). I've long dreamed of being able to play as a member of Team Rocket/whoever in Pokemon games so maybe this'll scratch the 'villain-y' itch?

How the heck didI forget about Xeno? Guess I always think it's made by a third-party but monolith are Nintendo now so, hmm... Ok, I'd like a different big, epic RPG. Like a fully 3D earthbound/mother maybe? Only different. With time travel. And materia. Maybe.
Toad and Birdo getting intimate whilst Luigi plays baby-making music on his secret saxophone? I guarantee an army of little Toad-o's would destroy anything Bowser could muster.

They have Jubeat, Guitar Freaks & DrumMania, Para Para Paradise, Beatmania IIDX, Pop'n Music, Hina Bitter, Mambo a Gogo, Dance ManiaX, Reflec Beat, Keyboard Mania, Toy March, Sound Voltex, etc.
They are Rhythm games with Completely different ways to play.
Konami have dedicated BEMANI artists with their trademark songs such as Sota Fujimori (Cyber Trance), Yasuhiro Taguchi (Trance, Hard Trance, Epic Boss songs), Takayuki Ishikawa (Progressive Classic, Drum n Bass, Psyadelic Trance, Euro Trance), noisycroack (Hard Trance, Trance, Electric Dance), Kozo Nakamura (Heavy Rock), etc.
If only Nintendo have a lot of talented musician and there is a New Rhythm games with gameplay like BEMANI games,

I'd like to see a visual novel series similar to Zero Escape or Danganronpa. It would probably be on a T rated level since it is Nintendo. Probably on a similar level to Phoenix Wright. I'd like it to include all new characters and not just use existing Nintendo characters. Nintendo usually does a great job at creating iconic characters so I'd like to see what they could do.
Another idea would be to make an MMORPG that heavily uses amiibo, like having each one as a playable character. I know this probably won't happen and a lot of people wouldn't like it anyway because a lot of people hate the idea of amiibo. Coming from someone who collects amiibo though, I would really enjoy it and I think it makes a lot of sense.
How about a battle royale style game set in the nintendo universe. Like smash but instead of a fighter, a hundred of you drop onto a map and fight til last man standing. Mario could have his fire power, Samus could have her weapons, link could use a crossbow, etc

More action-adventure games please. Mario and Zelda alone aren't enough for me!
They could try a game that combines RTS mechanics with action-adventure gameplay; like managing an army of 100 allies whilst you go around exploring a world. Sounds crazy, I know! But it could work I think!
@Heavyarms55 I'm always down for more card games! One that spans most, if not all, Nintendo IPs could be interesting. Not sure how it would work though lol!

1. Rhythm like BEMANI games.
2. Chibi character Boxing games.
3. Dragon Quest Builders style games.
4. KickBoxing Birds in the Air games.... (Ooopss, that's my idea ! )
