Bayonetta 3
The next Kirby instalment
Rain World (with all its extra features included day one)
Final Fantasy Explorers port/sequel
Kid Icarus Uprising Port/instalment
Pokémon
Previous Disgaea games (Just getting Afternoon of Darkness would be good enough for me)
Dragons Dogma port/sequel (DDOnline would be great to have!)
Phantasy Star Online (either give us the Vita iterations or PSO 2 that's been kept solely for japan would be perfect)
Final Fantasy: Dissidia/Dissidia Final Fantasy port (either or, really)
Kingdom Hearts 3 (when it finally comes out)
Dragon Ball Rising port (best control/combo system of all DBZ games to date imo)
Anything else is just icing on the eventual cake for me, really.
Never take anything I say seriously. S'all you buddy. ;)
Mainly play on my Switch but I have 3DS, Wii U and PS4 as well.
Fave game series include: Pokemon, Smash Bros, Splatoon, Disgaea, Bayonetta, Dragons Dogma, Phantasy Star & Arena of Valor.
Third-person open world Metroid
2D Metroid
2D top-down Zelda
F-Zero Switch
Mother 3 on VC
Wave Race Switch
Bayonetta 3 Diddy Kong Racing 2
A Nintendo FPS Adventure
Street Fighter V
Resident Evil VII
Loving your list!
..I wonder if Playtonic Games might dip back in to the ol' Rare back catalog after Yooka-Laylee? ..a 'non-sequel' to Diddy Kong Racing would be great! ..maybe an FPS too?? After all, these guys helped make GoldenEye and Perfect Dark back-in-the-day - they know how to make a good shooter! (..and the Switch definitely needs a good FPS going forward!)
A 2D Metroid would be dope, I'd buy a top down Zelda too...and a new F-Zero is long over due! ..we can dream! ..if my library of games looks similar to your Switchlist in a couple of years time - with a sprinkling of other titles - I'll be very happy indeed!
Pokemon Switch
Fully fledged FIFA
South Park - stick of truth (i know its not TFBW) but it makes more sense right now imo
Smash Bros
Crash N Sane Trilogy
Animal Crossing
i think that list coupled with the already announced games would get the switch off to a great start for me
I want games I want and games that will keep Switch successful so that it can keep getting games I want.
Metroid and Kirby Air Ride games would be cool for example
Beyond Good and Evil excites me
Otherwise...I'll buy games that people like and I'll probably like them because they're good
I don't want to just name generic sequel ideas forever though, that's boring. So instead, I hope From Software works with Hal Laboratories and makes a new IP that plays nothing like any game either of them have made. There's an idea!
I have been wondering, a FPS/fighter based roughly on (a tiny part of) what they have already created with Zelda, but with a Hunger games/battle royal theme.
So everyone dumped centrally, with nothing and last man standing.
Switch games list,
Legend of Zelda BotW, Human resource machine, NBA Playgrounds, Street Fighter 2, Super Bomberman R, Snipperclips, Overcooked, World of Goo.
Metroid: I want two games 1) An "old school" Metroid game, possibly a remake of the original, in the same vein as Shadow Complex or Counter Spy. 2) A 3rd person open world action game about Samus being stranded on a planet and having to deal with the native animals and "primitive tribes" and then building up to Pirates and Military personal. Samus would start in just her zero suit after being shot down (or something like that), and at first need to scavage ammo and materials to make ammo, until putting together the pieces of her armor (maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of the way through the game) - kind of a mash up of Metroid, the new Tomb Raider and Breath of the Wild.
Star Fox - A mission based game where you, as fox, are centered on the Great Fox. You can walk around, speak to your crew mates (you'd start with Peppy and Slippy, with the ability to recruit others like Falco, Krystal, Bill, Fara, and others), up grade your ships and accept missions. Its up to the player to manage military (story - fight Andross), personal (story bonuses like additional characters - fighting Star Wolf ) and free lance (money gaining) missions as most will have time limits and you won't be able to do everything on 1 play through. Gameplay would be entirely ship based, with bomber and stealth variations of the Arwing. The base Arwing would also have the ability to turn into a Gundam style mech, something like: http://img13.deviantart.net/b962/i/2015/115/a/3/fox_s_vf_arwi...
An amiibo based game to compete with Skylanders. I would center it around Captain N having to travel through different worlds based on Nintendo franchises (could even do 8, 16, 32 and 64 bit variations) using Amiibo to call in allies who would act/be similar to Donald and Goofy in Kingdom Hearts, or limited use equipment (Links sword, Samus's arm canon, Marios Fireball, etc....
Kid Icarus: I'd like to see a God of War inspired Kid Icarus game. No I don't mean I want blood, brutal killing, angry Pit etc.... But a level based game, focusing on Pit battle with mythical creatures with magic and weapons like swords, duel swords, bow and arrows, spears etc... Think E10+ version of God of War.
I would like to see a 1st Person shooter that uses the joy cons split. You could play as a traditional shooter, but the game could recognise punch moves, or gestures to interact with environments. I like to think this is what Retro Studios are working on, which will be a new IP and totally add something to the genre as well as something unique to the Switch.
I never drive faster than I can see. Besides, it's all in the reflexes.
I'd love to see an open world Splatoon. There would be the typical Splatoon online multiplayer, but it would have a much larger story with a huge city to explore. You could paint the city and zip across buildings that way, or you could use ink rails to go along wires and the city quickly. Or you could go outside Inkopolis. I think there could be a lot of challenges like the amiibo missions and sidequests to drive off Octolings, paint a specific area in a time limit, buy specific clothes for squid citizens, or something else.
I like Smash Wii U over Melee. FIGHT ME.
I'm addicted to amiibo. Full collection of the Smash series....help me....please...
Also, I like to go fast, really fast.

The switch needs a WarioWare, it seems like the switch would be the perfect system for it. Also they could use the HD rumble and Motion sensor and controls for the best one ever.
Planescape: Torment, remastered/Enhanced Edition is being released in April for PC, iOS and Android. I really hope games like this can come out for the Switch, more revivals/enhanced editions of the past greats. Hopefully we don't have to wait to see how Skyrim does before companies start considering the Switch for this.
Wasteland 2 & 3, both of which use the Unity game engine.
Fallout 1 & 2, probably a pipe dream
@JoeDiddley Taiko no Tatsujin is already in the works for Switch (http://taikotime.blogspot.com/2017/01/taiko-no-tatsujin-now-decisively-coming.html). I don't look forward to buying a new tatacon but I will suffer for my love.

@JoeDiddley Nothing on Ouendan/EBA but last I checked iNiS was working on Just Sing after they had a stint of 360 and ios games. So I think that franchise is dead. I'd love to be wrong though.
Edit: If the series came back it should be fine with the touch screen. I never played the DS games with the stylus. Just my finger. And I think they could swing gyro controls with the joycon... Hmm time to go dig out my games.

@Ryu_Niiyama I guess if Switch manages to maintain the momentum, especially in Japan given the promising performance in the recent charts, then there is always hope.
I'm sure there will be a Rhythm Heaven too, but I'm not sure how they can top the 'best of' Megamix on 3ds so I didn't dare add it to my wish list
@JoeDiddley Yeah Rhythm Heaven is a given, since they have had a entry for each "gen" so far. (I'm lumping 3ds and wiiu as one gen)
Honestly though I need Bamco to slow down on the taiko games...I'm still working on V (vita version) and Taiko no Tatsujin: Atsumete Tomodachi Daisakusen (wiiu version) ...I haven't even bought the last two 3ds versions yet. Maybe if they could make a Soul Calibur game and give Taiko like a year so my bank account can breathe?
