We have 2 Nintendo switch and 2 turtle beach aircon headsets with mics. Both on same version of fortnite. On one console we cannot change the voice chat button from off to on. No problem on one device but just could nt do it on the other device. Tried swapping headsets over but no joy. Tried logging out and back in but still no joy.

Any ideas why this wont change in the settings on one device but will on the other.

@tHf you might get more attention if you put Fornite in the title. "fortnite" may help catch some people's attention.

I was looking on Nintendo's support site, and Nintendo's support page for Fortnight voice chat just has a link pointing to epicgames. On epicgames, I see talk of parental controls blocking voice chat function. I think they mean settings in Fortnite, the game itself. Probably worth a look if you've got nothing else so far. Worst case scenario, Epic Games may have a support line.

And this is the general help page Nintendo points to.

And epic games points to a Nintendo parental control page.

@tHf I've seen at least one other person ask for help with voice chat on Fortnite, but they never followed up with a solution. If you figure it out, please share. I think it sounds like an issue others may ask about.
