I always say that I'm not a fan of Zelda and it's true, but I would like a lot the 16 bit remake of the first Zelda game that Nintendo made for the Satellaview add-on for the Super Famicom.
I'm sure I could enjoy that game. I'd buy it as soon as possible.

Most of all I would like to see PC Engine/Turbografx-16 and Sega Saturn on Virtual Console, along with the regular Nintendo console offerings (NES, SNES etc.)

Sega Saturn would be good, the more the better, but in my opinion the best Sega console ever is Genesis/Mega Drive (and yes I mean it is better than Dreamcast for me. The only Dreamcast game I really like is Rez)

@LuckyLand
I think every other Sega console is better than Dreamcast. DC is severely overrated in my eyes. I would love to see Master System, Genesis/MD and Saturn on Switch VC.

There's more to making money than just putting a pricetag on everything. There's a lot of value in creating a valuable product and winning some customer loyalty. If Nintendo gave us some signals that our Virtual Console purchase were going to last more than just one console cycle? We'd be more confident when buying VC games on Switch and we'd be more likely to buy the Switch knowing there were VC titles waiting for us.

@skywake Not to mention that selling Virtual console games that many people (myself included) would gladly buy for the third time even without any transfer option on Switch and cost almost nothing to publish on the eShop would be a much bigger income for them both than mini consoles that have higher production costs and are not meant to have new games for owners to buy (once they sold you the mini console they don't get anything more from it than its price you paid) and than an online service that would give for free the possibility to play those games (only as long as you pay your subscription) but would be focused on something else (online gaming) so people interested in it would have paid the subscription anyway and single players who want to buy those games would not pay a subscription they are not interested in anyway so what would be the point?

Sometimes I wonder if Nintendo know how to maximize their income and the answer probably is "NO"

My list is pretty all-encompassing, but I think that it would make for one heck of a VC:

-Secure Atari/Activision/Imagic support and release the best of the 2600 library for, oh, $2-3 a pop.
-Figure out who owns the licenses to what games for Atari 7800, Lynx, and Jaguar and release the best (or even worst) of those consoles. I know that Alien Vs. Predator would be both pointless (fun as it is, it is very outdated) and expensive, but Tempest 2000 has held up beautifully, as have games like Food Fight, Dirty Larry, California Games (who owns the old Epyx license these days?)

-Convince Sega to forego the utterly ridiculous Sega Forever mobile service and convert it to a Switch exclusive. The only way that I would want this, though, would be if Nintendo would commit a small team to help polish these games up, since latter-day Sega seems hopelessly incapable of proper emulation. Also, I would love to see them pull off something that would never happen: Sega Saturn emulation! Saturn was more than just Nights! Burning Rangers, Panzer Dragoon 1 and Zwei, Virtua Fighter 2 and Remix (1 was buggy), Shining Force III, Dynamite Deka (released in the states as Die Hard Arcade), Panzer Dragoon Saga, Astal. It would be awesome to see the system get a little bit of credit.

-Dreamcast support, even though my favorite game (Shenmue) likely wouldn't hit the service, due to licensing snags that are preventing the HD remaster from seeing the light of day.

-Gamecube support. This one honestly surprises me! I've been able to download PS2 games since the PS3 era. One of the biggest selling points for me, when it came to the Wii U, was something that didn't even exist: Gamecube VC support. I can't blame Nintendo at all, since they never once said that Gamecube support would ever be a thing, but I do believe that it is time! I would love to be able to take games like Metroid Prime, Super Mario Sunshine, Pikmin, Paper Mario, and Resident Evil 4 on the go with me! The mock up Gamecube joycons have me drooling, even though I'm well aware that another generation very well may pass without even a hint of support for GC.

Who knows, maybe the VC is dead? It does seem strange to me that Nintendo has not uttered a single word, some five months later, especially considering that you could transfer your Wii VC titles to Wii U on day one. I just hope that they figure out some way to unify accounts, because people who bought the games on 3DS and Wii U should not have to pay for them again. It's time that they caught up to Sony and MS, in this regard, because they're starting to look cheap by comparison.

Maaaybeee in 2 years or something. When they'll sell all SNES classic mini (or another stuff like that).
But for now... as much as I'd like to have it... no way :/.
