@Samus7Killer unfortunately you are probably right, I'd like they didn't because Virtual Console would have been a lot better. I would love to have NES, SNes, Gameboy, N64, GameCube, Wii, Genesis/MegaDrive and Arcade Virtual Consoles. To name a few games I would want Sonic 1 (Genesis), Golden Axe 1 (Arcade), Yoshi's Island, Super Castlevania 4, Street fighter Alpha 2 (Arcade), King of Dragons (Arcade), Super Mario Galaxy 1, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Paper Mario 1, Beetle Racing Avventure and other N64 Racing games, 1080° Avalanche, Eternal Darkness, Twilight Princess... And I could go on forever...
If VC was on Switch with the option to transfer games from the Wii U or 3DS I wound have bought one. Sometimes I wonder if video game companies know what their fans want.
Hardly need a Neo Geo virtual console - the Switch is already precisely that. Personally, as a more or less Nintendo newbie, I mainly want SNES, GBA, N64, Gamecube and maybe Wii, as they seem most likely to a) work with the Switch's controls (apart from the GC analogue triggers); and b) have a library I'm interested in. The DS, 3DS and Wii U games will mostly need significant work to reformat for a single screen.
Like pretty much everybody else, I'll be signing up for the Switch subscription service when it launches, but can't say I'm that excited about the NES games. Even Mario 3, which I played and enjoyed on a friend's console back in the day, isn't doing it for me - especially since I could well still be playing Odyssey at that stage.

I'm sure there are more but those are the first ones that come to mind.
Eh... I'm fine with the ones that were on the Wii. Thing is, I hope that Nintendo doesn't make the same mistake in pain stakingly releasing VC games so slowly and with limited formats on the WiiU that no one really cared.
Just pull the Wii's VC games and put it on the Switch!
