Interestingly, I have just now had a reply to my email and they included a copy of the confirmation. So if you aren't sure about anything I suggest you do send a friendly email to them.

I've emailed them twice now, but I still haven't received any confirmation. Should I be worried? Are we meant to receive an entry code of some kind, or do we just show up with our ID?

So long as you know you've booked in, you don't need to worry about the confirmation. It's just to tell you where to go. So yeah, just show up with ID and you should be good to go.
