I love playing it, still and every time I boot it up I can't help but think: "Dr. Mario - what a missed opportunity!" - sorry I bring this up again, but it just won't leave my mind!

Currently on Mitten University, been getting 3 stars in all my hospitals. I won’t say too much to spoil this stage, but I made a mistake with regards to budgeting - something I never needed to worry about but luckily I’m slowly building back up to a sustainable profit.

I am a mitten too , and i did bad mistakes too i had to takes loan to survive, now i am struggling with bad cure rate and not so happy staff, i had tree stars finally but i will hot leave untili fix as much i can this hospital i want a good rate of cure
@Anti-Matter
I think is in the middle , beside when the sandbox mode will be release you can make the game easier or harder, the campaign has a gradually difficult Starts easy with the first 3 hospital than become harder but nothing impossible just careful management is required , i never played the original game
@Anti-Matter I'd say it's very accessible but if you want to 3-star everything it can become quite challenging. But it's only needed to 1-star each hospital to progress.

Being addicted to theme hospital back when it first came out I was stoked to see this announced. Twas a day one purchase for me. Took me 24 hours to build up the courage to play it because I knew it'd be a 3/4 hours session
@FragRed
Yes the sandbox was added to the pc version one year later after the release, , they will add it for all the console version as well at the end of march

Are Bullfrog in anyway involved in this? I was a big fan of the original Theme Hospital so I’m assuming that means that I’m likely to like this?
One issue I sometimes have with modern day strategy games is that you tend to lose the actual character of the game because they focus on making the graphics good, I’m guessing that isn’t the case with this one?
The other thing I notice is the modern day games don’t tend to have the almost endless amount of gameplay, does this one take a long time to finish.
As an aside does anyone have an idea as the the best modern version of a rollercoaster tycoon esque game?
@JM55
Two of the heads are ex bullfrog, so the game is very similar but with better improvement.
It's not the case the gameplay is good
There is a campaign where your aim is to reach 3 stars in each of the 15 hospitals( but you only need one star to unlock the next one), than there are 3 dlc(3 hospital each) two already included the third will be release later this Month with the sandbox mode(wich make the game highly repayable you can see a post mine above with the parameters you can alter)
