Hey ho - it might still be a bit far off, but Two Point Hospital is heading for the switch. A successor in mind to the award-winning and overly crazy "Theme Hospital" by Bullfrog on the PC. I've been playing Two Point Hospital for almost 2 years on my PC and I loved every second of it. Will double dip once it's on my favorite console.
If you like "light" management games, goofy humor and a very relaxed gameplay experience, this is for you! In the original on PC there are community challenges, for example several people have to reach a certain monetary goal, or research an illness in a given level etc. Coordination is key to unlock special items of furniture for your hospital so this is, what this topic will be all about (IF those challenges make it into the game).
Of course you can get some expert advice from your fellow medical collegues on the latest weird illness that might pop up in your hospital.
Seriously, have this on your radar - thank me later. It's like a match made in heaven when this game comes to switch.

I just read light, and all I could think of was the way to cure lightheadedness in this game. Defintely one I'm going to keep an eye on myself. Recently tried the PC version due to Steam having a free weekend, and enjoyed it way more than I should have.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!

Thanks good find. Ugh it's a noticeable downgrade to PC, but it's expected, at times there's so much going on on screen, they need some headroom. Jaggies are quite obviousl on straight edges of the rooms and the texture resolution on the evironment is noticably lower. Again, in handheld mode you won't even notice, probably. And, to it's defense, I was used to playing it on my PC in 1440p all max. There GOT to be a difference. Nevertheless, this game is SO MUCH FUN regardless of how it looks...

Do you think the switch will be able to handle the big hospital with the max cap of patient and staff without straggle? That’s the only thing To make me worry
This is one game that I am looking forward to and to my wifes request, I have it purchased for her, but we game share so all good. I will probably play on Xbox as well seems it's on GamesPass
@aresius It's hard to judge, on PC it was really taxing though when you had a big hospital. It all depends on their optimization really. But luckily, this game doesn't need the highest resolution nor the most stable framerate to be incredibly fun.

@DAHstroy Officially it's single player, but on PC you had "multiplayer challenges" where you and your steam friends needed to work towards common goals like "cure X patients in X time" etc... this would unlock small money boosts or special furniture. Let's see if they have this in the switch version. If yes, hooking up with others who play this game would make sense to get the most from it!

I grew up watching my dad play Roller-coaster Tycoon and Theme Hospital, I am more than a little excited for the release of Two Point, since my PC can't run the game.

@Scollurio : I loved Theme Hospital back in the day, and its quirky British humour (we don't get enough of that in this industry!), though I had never completed it. I also had Theme Park and Theme Park World, as well as the (enhanced) DS port of the original Theme Park, which I actually saw to completion. I was quite disappointed that Bullfrog seemed to disappear from the face of the Earth as their games were among my favourites growing up.
I'm really looking forward to Two Point Hospital. I've avoided watching any gameplay footage as I don't want to spoil the experience, but the footage above looks great. I hope we'll still get some funny remarks from the receptionist in this as the voiceover in the above footage played it worryingly straight.
@Scollurio
understood, beside i am positive about it, they said the most wanted port was the switch version and i pretty sure the delay was to make the switch version optimized at the max level possible
