@NEStalgia P.P.S. Just in case the thought comes to mind: in my private life, I don't use these practices, so I haven't used my "fiendish" sales & marketing skills to make you buy those games...

Haha, I told you "grok" was sufficiently nerdy But I tend to forget it's not common. Heinlein fan first and foremost, and it's also a standard command on unix based systems (which were all designed by a bunch of Heinlein fans, I presume) So it's just one of those words that has exceeded its own definition as a simple word. Like "love", "hate", and "Cher"
@NEStalgia Well, it's not really a sales & marketing-specific trick: it's simply a confirmed psychological method that we use parts of because we know it works.
