Topic: The binding of Isaac item count in stats - how does it work?

I just bought BoI after contemplating if I should get it or not. This is also my first experience with this game and I have to say it's a really, really good game. It has this great; "just one more run" feeling to it! I also love the whole collecting of items and being the victim of OCD I want things to add up. So, looking in my stats I can see that I found 14 items, but when I count the icons in the item grid I only have 12. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Maybe you miss that there's multiple pages in the item collection screen?

Thanks SKTTR, that's not it, I checked all pages.

Did you get those items while doing a challenge instead of a normal/greed run? Any items you collect during challenges won't show up on that screen.
