This game looks much closer to Mario Kart than the previous Sonic All Stars Racing.
They probably looked at the sales numbers and decided to go with a more mainstream approach. But I'm not complaining. This game looks absolutely incredible. I LOVE Sonic Racing games. Probably the only racing game that can rival Mario Kart.
The whole Team Racing concept is perfect for Switch, too. And the game is only $39.99? Shoot... they're running through guns blazing

I’m actually really looking forward to this game. Always nice to have another kart racer to dip into when you’ve had enough mario kart.
The previous sonic racer was brilliant so not expecting this one to dip too much from that. Sometimes hard to tell a games worth by watching a video clip.
they say that life’s a carousel, spinning fast you’ve got to ride it well. The world is full of kings and queens who blind your eyes and steal your dreams. It’s heaven and hell.
