Topic: Syberia 1

So this is a topic about Syberia 1, a game that was released 15 years ago on different platforms. I never played it but I heard great things about the game, and when I first heard about it (on nintendolife) I thought that it would be nice to buy the first game and see if I liked it, and then buy the next in the series when it would be released. However I was shocked by the price of this game (€40 physical and €30 eshop), when it comes no-where near this price on different platforms. I do not get how they got to this price, except that they hope people will fall for it.

However this got me wondering what I would find an acceptable price to pay for this on the Switch. I wondered if any of you guys could provide some input. So what do you guys think is an acceptable price for this game on switch (eshop price)? Also is there a possibility that this game will be bundled with the two sequals of this game, for a discount? I would also rather buy physical, but would you guys expect the physical games to get an enourmous discount?

I saw that this game is €5 on iOS, and I was wondering whether the game is the same (quality wise) on iPad as on the Switch, especially because I heard that this game is not even optimised for the Switch...

I certainly hoped the first 2 games would be cheaper than the 34,99€ for each one on retail.

With that price I'm not sure, and I won't be prepared for the new Syberia 3. :/

I wonder, are the old games real classics?
Are the HD remasters great?
Are the Switch versions worth that price?
