So since upgrading to Switch v2 does anyone know when we will find v2 Joy-Cons controllers? I asked a GS and they weren't sure and mentioned AFATK only the v2 Switch had the newer Joy-Cons. So anyone have experience trying to find the v2 Joy-Cons separately yet?
Having a junk attitude isn’t the way to get helpful information. Also, you’re assuming a double negative. You’re actually assuming that trolls did read about it. Stop being so cranky all the time.
Considering there hasn’t been wide talk of the joycons themselves being any different than wording on the pcb inside, no wonder some of us have questions. Rather than trying to drag folks to the woodshed, maybe share anything new you’ve heard that hasn’t gotten much coverage. 😀

To those others when people don't read what was being asked instead of looking at what was being asked that is what qualifies them as Trolls.
@StableInvadeel if people don't read what was being asked about the latest Switch and it's Joy-Cons haven't been following release lately shouldn't post to post when they didn't see the reviews nor stories on the revised Joy-Cons. That is why they are being called out. Definition of a Troll and other people aren't the same so stop using something to compare what can't be compared.
I know the new switch model v2 got a updated chip that manages the battery consumption better. The joycons are absolutely the same. I agree with everyone here that the attitude here is junk (op)
We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.
This could all be solved if the OP would just cite an article stating the joycons were updated. However, he/she decided to resort to name-calling and a bitter attitude, thus deflecting the original topic to sometimes entirely different.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
For the record, from what I've seen on a few channels, namely Spawn Wave, the only real change between the original joycon and the ones in the new Switch is that they moved the antenna inside the left joycon, which should reduce the connection issues they had a while back. The joysticks and the debris issue related to drifting are still present. (though I haven't had a drifting problem with my originals)
The Joy-Cons themselves look the same but did anyone on here watch the Youtube comparison video. That tell what people aren't listening on here didn't see what he said either.
@DarkSim01 you clearly didn't watch the Youtube video so for you education purpose I will give you the link to watch for your education from the Dark Ages. Also I could care less for your comments you got no points from me as well.
From your video: "These are different, but it might not be different in the way that we were actually hoping."
This guy even references Spawn Wave (and acknowledges he reached out to Spawn Wave, who went further into the breakdown). Spawn Wave's video, which is the one I referred to above, is below:
@SwitchForce As far as I know, the Joy Con you can buy separately are the same Joy Con that were being sold in 2017.
I have to agree with @StableInvadeel that generalising people who are trying to answer your question as "trolls" isn't right. People didn't appear to understand the question you asked and answered to the best of their ability.
