@Anti-Matter Tbh I don't think anyone played zelda for the story line considering there was barely one to begin with.

@Bakes0310 Breath of the Wild was a genre defining game, it is downright breath taking (no pun intended). You'll discover and solve problems with the most unorthodox ways and the sense of discovery was incredible. Honestly, the games that are must have for the switch right now are Breath of the Wild, Odyssey, Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8, and Smash bros. However, if you are ever looking for incredible multiplayer games to play with your friends down the road Rocket League, Towerfall, Nidhogg, and Lethal league are downright incredible for multiplayer.

Tempered glass screens are a must have! The switch dock does scratch screens and I found it was scratching on the back too! I would put some felt or something on the plastic that touches it.

Lastly, I would personally opt for the satisfye grip+case. I am actually pretty jealous of that grip and I bought the goplay grip and case because Satisfye wasn't big yet. If you have medium to large hands you will find it uncomfortable to hold on its own. I bought the special edition of Zelda and got the sheika slate case, then got the goplay, then bought the satisfy case because I wanted to take my split pad pro around (I even have enough room for an 8bitdo controller).

The gb card is a great size actually, depending on the amount of downloads you want. If you buy only physical AAA games you should be good.

@Bakes0310 It's been inferred, and I don't know if anyone has said it in the thread, the Switch screen isn't nice scratch-resistant-glass like on nice phones & tablets these days. God knows why. But that's why a screen protector is wise.

EDIT: @Ralizah below knows why

@Bakes0310 128GB is fine if you don't hoard digital games.

If you end up not finding the system to be extremely comfortable in handheld mode, I'd also suggest invest in a grip. They really do make all the difference. I quite liked the Skull and Co grip case, but there are other good options on the market as well.

@Woomy_NNYes It's not glass because glass shatters. Ever notice how common it is to see tablets/phones with cracked screens? Not a good choice for a system that a lot of children will be using and — inevitably — dropping.

A plastic screen with a glass screen protector is the best of both worlds.

Ordered my 1.1 switch neon this morning. Very excited and can't wait to play on it at Christmas.
