Topic: Strange sound on the Nintendo switch fan

When I attach it to my ear, I can hear an extra sound ( like qerr qerr) ( this sound is one cooming and one not cooming )
this is normal? or is problem?
And I just hear the sound sticking to my ear

Graphics intense games cause the cooling fan to turn up high. I'm not a tech savvy, but I think this is normal. If this occurs with light games, try cleaning the console's exhaust from dust.
