Topic: So I bought a switch and when I try to login to the eShop the keyboard doesn't display.. help?

What I tried:

• Factory reset
• Keyboard reset
• Empty cache
• Login with it.. but it was way too hard.

Anyone had this problem also?

I've had similar issues, but clearing the cache has always worked for me. Haven't had those issues in a while though, so maybe an update took care of it. Is your system up-to-date?

Then it might be worth your time to put in a ticket with Nintendo support.
