Will there be a update to the game - allowing online high scores, as per Xbox version?

REALLY need it.

There are 'tournaments' which run at weekends I believe and you need to unlock them in game. My mate has unlocked them and we are around the same stage, but I cant see them yet - which is odd.

No one on my friends list seems to be playing this, anyone wanna add me 🙃?

Great game, bought it last weekend. Shame about the missing leaderboards though. I assumed they would unlock after a I cleared a set amount of levels but nope. The devs said they couldn't implement them in time for release and have gave no update as to whether they'll be added in future. Apparently the tournament leaderboards are a bit messed up too. Each time you play it registers that score regardless if it's lower than your previous one. Hopefully they'll fix that soon.

So the tournament stage doesn’t rotate every weekend like the other versions of the game?

So, are the tournaments scores working on switch for anyone? I can only see my last score at all times, no friends score ever. Because of that there's no way to get the last technician, ever and no way to complete the game 100%. If so that's a big deception. Should have bought the game on another platform then.

Surely this game deserves its own thread? Can't seem to find it. One of the best modern shmups on Switch.

@Lroy I couldn’t find one either. But this game is on sale for $5 right now. Just got it last night and love it.

@DTMOF84 I must confess, I’ve not played it for many months. I should really give it another go. Do you know if leaderboards have been patched? Have a vague memory my only real issue with this game was the lack of the ability to compare scores against friends?

@Lroy I haven’t checked those out yet. But I only saw it has a leaderboards tab on the main screen. I’ll let you know when I play it some more.

Love this game but it's dangerous when it gets its hooks into me. Last time I think I played past 2am.
It was around 11pm when I told myself just one more go.
