Topic: Same Mii on two different switches help

Both my boys got a Nintendo switch and I connected both to my Nintendo account. When I logged into my account for the second one to go to the store to view the games, his mii changes to my first sons mii name and look. He’s highly upset with me and I don’t know how to get his back. Please help!!

someone please correct me if I'm wrong:
your Mii gets locked into your Nintendo account, and becomes the default Mii.
I believe you're just going to need to remake your second kid's Mii.

What about his saved data from his games? Like in odyssey is he going to have to start over? 😳

save data from a game stays on one switch.

example: child #1 plays Mario on Switch #1. that saved data stays on Switch #1. (even if you have a cartridge.)

For account issues that is best directed to Nintendo support. NL can't help with account issues since that is a Nintendo support issue to deal with.
