@bluedogrulez It has happened to me in Exhibition and season mode. The first week I had the game it was error free, but it has happened to me the last 3 nights.

@LinktotheFuture: Oh dear....I have not experience that and I did play on Friday and Saturday. Not sure if it matters, but I am playing off the game card (not the download).
I get a software error atleast once or twice per day when I actually play and I have the the digital version as well. I really hope nintendo is able to fix this because it makes the game unplayable imo.
@ryan87mc The link you provided is for issues with Nintendo's website, not for general issues. I agree with @sillygostly that we need to bring this to the attention of MLB Advanced Media, and not Nintendo.

Ask MLBAM if a fix is in the works for their broken product, and ask them when the update/fix is released.
If they don't answer, contact Nintendo to tell them they've released a broken game and you want a refund. They will delete this mess from your system and recharge you the money to your eShop account.
Don't take too long though. In some countries you have only a couple of days/weeks to contact the publisher/distributor/seller after buying the product.
This game is an insult anyway when compared to the quality of other Switch sports games like FIFA18 and NBA2K18.
