Saying all opinions are equivalent means you could substitute all professional reviews with the user reviews and everything would be the same.
There's a reason why jobs, funds, and awards are determined by critics, rather than regular people. Those regular people can use their 'subjective' opinion in an attempt to make people angry rendering their actual opinion useless. Likewise, professional reviewers can do the same.
You can argue that's NOT the intention by a reviewer, but you cannot argue that a well-written and detailed review by a professional writer is equivalent to a two-sentence piece by yoloswag420 on metacritic who says 'Zelda blows lawlz'.
Just repeating 'subjectivity' 'subjectivity' does not change this.
