As we've seen from the popularity of games like Fortnite and Warframe, the switch is starting to house some very noteworthy free-to-play titles, but many other popular free-to-play mobile games are still not making the jump to the hybrid system. There are many good choices and I was wondering what are some mobile games that you think should make the move to Switch? My choices are:

>Asphalt 8 & 9
>Stranger Things the game
>Super Brawl Universe

Please feel free to add any other suggestions to the list or explain why porting more mobile games to the Switch is either a good or bad decision.

Knights of the Old Republic, I'd grab that one in a heartbeat.

This, and it's sequel - and if at all possible, with the restored content. I loved both games, but vastly preferred the second because of how you could lead your allies into becoming Jedi or Sith. I like to dream of an HD remaster of both of these titles, but now that Disney owns Star Wars, they seem determined to never allow more content from the Expanded Universe to be made again.

I would first like to see Battlefront II come to the Switch first then Knights since I'm certain Battlefront is still a definite day one buy and could be a good test to see how the game engine runs on Switch.

It's too bad EA folded PopCap Games.

I'd love to have Bejeweled, Plants vs. Zombies, Peggle, Bookworm, and Feeding Frenzy on Switch.

I would love for this to happen... if properly done. Most mobile ports have been quick cash ins.

I’m not too big on mobile games anymore. I just don’t feel like they play well. Usually always have some sort of annoying menu system where you are upgrading this or that item. Trying to get you to buy micro transactions and what not.

Teeny Titans and Steven Universe: Attack the Light are mobile titles well worth the price of entry on any platform. Neither of them is F2P, though. Oh, and Wayward Souls - I'd actually like to play that with physical controls. There are a few others, but I'm not that up to date.

In the F2P sphere, King Rabbit is an excellent puzzle game.

I'm glad you brought up the topic of porting mobile games to the Switch. I think it's a great idea as it can help broaden the console's library and give players more options for gaming.

I think some are pretty alright but others aren't. I enjoyed Gear Club Unlimited 2 where there was a gap lacking for arcade/sim racers. Sure you have Crus'n Blast which is great to see, probably others like Horizon Chase and more. It's why I was surprised by Grid Autosport on Switch. It felt like a Driveclub or fine budget racers. No idea how it compares to Asphalt but still I enjoyed what I played at least and because I don't have any other racers yet on Switch so it was good enough.

But I think the way GCU2 was handled as sure a mobile game but removed the elements on mobile (I compared it to Gear Club on phones briefly and they removed the tedious time limit and other mobile stuff quite well) was a fair port, no idea how it is on PS5 though even besides the DLC with Porsche content or Tracks content (a handful of real tracks than the long highways the game usually had).

I can't say for mobile games on I want a console though. Not into mobile only handhelds these days.

I enjoyed a few others on Wii U like Edge (also a PSP Minis before the expanded version on mobile or Wii U) is a fine platformer moving a cube around and it can get pretty tough but it's made by the same devs as Toki Tori (at least in name no idea if the same staff or not) so I'm not surprised they know how to make games simple but fun and challenging and like a 'game' (never played Toki Tori but anyone that knows the name of that Gameboy Color Metroidvania will assume quality or any of their other games like Rush which was a fine puzzle game not on mobile I think).

I think some mobile games on Switch by Gameloft are 'fine' they get the job done but are still glaringly mobile games in UI and probably play ok on a controller but the expectations are different from controller and mobile so. I didn't care much for NOVA when I tried out PSP Minis it's fine, not great. No idea how their Modern Combat games are to fill in the lack of COD on Switch currently before the COD deal.

I'm not expecting Crush The Castle (Armor games) or Test Subject (Nitrome) from the flash game days ever or something like other flash to mobile conversions going to console (even if I'm thinking older ones mostly). Newgrounds did fair with it's console games (Alien Hominid during sixth gen, Castle Crashers on XBLA and PSN, whatever their current games are these days).

I would love leap day to come to the switch and I asked the dev on twitter. They said they had considered it and still might but no current plans.

It's honestly silly popular games which are on both pc and mobile aren't on the Switch... if it works on mobile clearly it can work on Switch. genshin is one obvious choice... a lot of people play the mobile version and it still looks good but it's just a better game with a controller. Having tons of updates and lots of in-app purchases clearly isn't a deal breaker since games like Fall Guys are on Switch.

I second that Genshin should come to Switch. If they can port to Physical cart and offline play while internet connection to update and purchase items this can happen.

I think Action Taimanin could be a good fit (in addition to mobile, it's on Steam where I believe it already supports controller usage).

I already play it on my phone for a few minutes a day, but a reworked version that removes a lot of the F2P elements for console would be fun. I'd just hope that it'd remain uncensored (like on Android & Steam) instead of censored like it is on iOS.

I'm glad you brought up the topic of porting mobile games to the Switch. I think it's a great idea as it can help broaden the console's library and give players more options for gaming. There are already some tremendous free-to-play mobile games that are available for the Switch, such as Warframe, Fortnite, and Super Mario Run. It would be great to see more mobile games make the jump to the Switch, as it could potentially open the door for more unique games to be experienced on the console. Your choices of Asphalt 8 & 9, Stranger Things the Game, and Super Brawl Universe are all great games that could definitely be fun experiences on the Switch. Additionally, there are many other mobile games that could also make the jump to the console. For example, according to an article, some awesome upcoming mobile games that could be ported to the Switch include Genshin Impact, Among Us, and Minecraft Earth. You can Get More Info by reading it. Good luck!
