Surely I cant be the only one that feels the fps on pokemon to be painful. As you walk around there is 2 of everything and when you stand still it looks perfectly clear. Is there a way for me to post images or pics on here? Im surprised its not the main topic of discussion n the game.

And I have the game right now playing on my TV.

@sarethums do you experience this with any other games?

I mean, not trying to be rude, but as you mention, nobody else is speaking about this, don't you think it kinda means very few can see it?

Hm yes, I also played through that one recently and didn't really see anything out of the ordinary there either.

Could it be your console itself? Have you tried it in someone else's switch?

Update: ive just been to currys and tried out a tv of similar quality and I can definitely say its my tv. Cant believe i managed as many hours as i did on luigis mansion. The tv runs 60fps perfectly but anything at 30 is just unplayable, you can literally see old frames which doubles everything.

@Galenmereth did a full reset on the tv, been messing around with the tv for weeks. Its out of warranty too.

@Gwynbleidd im in a 200 year old building in glasgow so overheating is never going to be an issue. it runs fine on a different tv in the shop, could it still be an issue with the switch? it looks terrible on handheld too. No smoke.

Eel

If it's that way on handheld too, then that's an issue with the console.

Try using a demo unit or a friend's console and check if you still see it.
