So what do you think about Pokemon On NX and how will it be different from Pokemon now and what features should they add also what improvements should they make from past games(Storyline,Region).
What do you want to see in the next Pokemon games.

I think for the next Pokemon games there needs to be a balance of landscapes (Mountains,Cave,Ocean). I also believe that the villainous team should follow the example of Team Plasma to make it more darker. They could try something new with Online gaming and the region could be based on Brazil. As for new Pokemon there needs to be at least 60 with at least 6 Legendaries.
There needs to be more in Post game with a better rival than in X (Serena was so annoying and not even a challenge).

Well first of all it depends on what the NX is. It's hard to predict what they could do unless we know what the hardware is capable of. I do think either way with the unified architecture Game Freak may finally decide to make console versions of the game since they can easily be transferred to a handheld via crossplay and access their portable features.

If they do a hybrid console, I want to see some kind of MMO-like co-op feature. Kind of like the Entralink in 5th gen or the co-op in Ranger, a friend enters your game and you can explore and battle together. The hybrid console makes this idea work because your friends can bring over their handheld to sync with the console while allowing you to retain your own data.

I'm not going to go into too much details because we'd be here all day, but I think the next region is going to be something outside of the U.S., Europe, and Japan, maybe Australia or South America. If they do South America, I'd like to see a proper jungle area, we've never gotten one in the main games and it'd look beautiful with the 3D graphics. As for the number of Pokemon, I'd like to see something in the 80-120 range and have some actual cross-gen evolutions instead of mainly Megas.

Bring back Shadow Pokemon from the GameCube games.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I think a lower number of new Pokemon is better. Too high and we end up with Gen V.

I'd be glad if we can avoid inevitable microtransaction garbage but those days are probably behind us.
(which is why I'm protesting by not downloading the "free" spinoff games on my 3DS, even though it's probably a futile effort)

What we will get is Pokken (at launch). If there is ever a proper MMO Pokemon, it will still be built for their portable. But with a shared OS, it could be cross platform between the NX and the next portable.

We cannot speculate anything for pokemon on the NX. We know hardly anything at all about the console.. if it's home console, handheld (most likely), or something different.

Main stream pokemon games are usually always on the DS family console. We may see gen 7 on the N3DS, or on the next DS family line handheld rather than the NX, unless the NX is a successor to the 3DS.

@KingMike, Pokemon rumble world was actually a very well balanced microtransaction game. Infact, there is a cap on how much you're allowed to spend on it (30 dollars) which is pretty much purchasing a physical copy. Rumble if anything proved pokemon and nintendo can handle making good microtransaction based games, just shuffle was a disappointment.

8 gyms
4 moves per Pokemon
5 HMs for moves that can't be removed except by one character
Very little post game
The same formula again
Pointless additions that excite few people

Actually the HM count has varied between gens. It was 5 in gen 1 and 6, 7 in gen 2, I believe 8 in 3 and 4, don't know about 5.

Pokemon Dazzling Diamond and Pretty Pearl.

And maybe if we're lucky we'll get Unova remakes that EVERYBODY is waiting for!

I think you will randomly find the Pokemon and then catch them and level them up and use their 4 moves to beat the Team and Gyms to become the very best like no one ever was. Elite 4 end, maybe post-game.

For better or worse, they are never significantly changing Pokemon unless, I dunno, Yokai Watch starts taking its money.

Will gen 7 be the one that gets a Dark gym?
(the only Type that, while it has had a few E4 trainers, has never had its own gym.
... well, the only type besides ??? )

I do recall Bulbapedia said they considered changing the party or move limit in gen 3, but they obviously decided the current limit is a core game mechanic and thus stays.

If by "best" you mean "worst", then yes, it is one of the best gens we've ever had.

Pokemon wise, I think somewhere in the range of 80-120 is appropriate. And hopefully they get the balance between old Pokemon and new Pokemon right this time, they shouldn't make it all new Pokemon like Unova but they also shouldn't make it 80% old ones.

... Oh who am I kidding? They love yo-yoing between too many old Pokemon and too many new Pokemon, they've done it since the beginning of the series.

If you want a gen 5 remake, just write Nintendo a letter.

jump

Get rid of ivs or do them so you can ev them to the same standard as high iv pokemon
Create the game so is actually feasible to catch all the pooemon between the games
Limit the number of event only legendary pokes and make sure all countries have access to them
Make an intresting world, I'm so bored of seeing identical routes over and over again
Be able to have a poke follow you around again like in yellow or soulsilver
Be able to fight old and popluar gym leaders/trainers/champions in the new battle mansion

I agree. Gen V came with great Pokemon that effected fans favoritism and even the Meta-game. Haxorus, Hydriegon, Terrakion, Bisharp. Gen V was good, with story even.
More Pokemon = better experiences.
Mostly for next gen is something that I can use to save competitive sets of my Pokemon. I mean Moves, Ev's, items and such.
E.g. You make a competitive perfect Pokemon and save it onto this 'gimmick' and then you can make a completely new Pokemon set for that pokemon. Different Items, Moves, Ev's. Save that one, and then you can choose to load the First Set for online and such.
Would also love a Gen 6/7 Battle Sim to download Pokemon onto for more use.

In case some didn't get it, my previous post was a Gen V reference (BW2 Nimbasa Gym music).
But that does make me wonder how would they remake Gen V when they got there, since it was the only (so far) two-part main series game.
Something to wonder about for the several years await it probably is, anyways.
Personally the only significant complaint I had was EXP scaling, making grinding take forever.

The annoying thing about Gen V mon was the copypaste mon (just a couple I recall, Rogonrola = Geodude, Timbur = Machop).
