Miseryguts

I'm a relatively recent Switch owner & love the platform and all I've bought for it so far, but would love to get my Mother involved & she would but not with the hacking/slashing/shooting/jumping on top of things stuff I tend to prefer, she would with the puzzlers though (good ones) can folk tell me what's decent on Switch. Any classic point & click's like Full Throttle, Grim Fandango, Broken Sword Sott, Discworld II etc. A heads up for more contemporary stuff or other good puzzlers, not necessarily P & C's would be greatly appreciated also..

Aside from what was mentioned: the first two Syberia games are great(heard the third was terrible). Secret Files: Tunguska keeps getting re-released because its a solid point and click.
If you're looking for a more casual bent, look for anything by Artifex Mundi, their adventure games are casual hidden object affairs, but solid and playable.

@Miseryguts Dunno if this would be of interest, but Hidden Folks is sort of a hidden object game that’s all handrawn and human sound effects. There’s a trailer in the eShop. I grabbed it on sale last night and like it. It can be played completely with just the touch screen, too (even joycons detached)

I would also recommend Death Squared, it’s a great puzzle game you can play together.

The Sexy Brutale, Thimbleweed Park, Night in the Woods, Oxenfree, Bulb Boy (but it’s short), Bertram Fiddle (but it’s episodic).

Strong Bad and some Sam & Max games should do the trick
