Topic: Play activity glitch?

So heres some backstory, I had my switch for around 8 months but I had aload of problems with it so in the end I sent it back to amazon and got a refund. Before I did this I bought a new switch and trasfered all my stuff onto the new switch. Within a couple of days I noticed that my times on games like minecraft / CTR wasn't going up (I have over 100+ hours in these games) So I did some digging online and found that this is normal because your times basically reset on your console but not on your profile its weird. In these forums alot of people said delete your activity log and your times will update when you open your games again so I did just that once I did this I played Minecraft for around 6 hours over two days and I checked it about an hour ago and it now says I have 5 hours on Minecraft I think on my old switch I was sitting on around 380 hours. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and is there anyway to me to get my times back?

PS. Something weird I forgot to add is that when I opened a game after deleting my times it would show the games on 'last played 10 days ago' so not really sure whats going on.

Sorry to hear that, I had mine exchanged too after it was bricked on me, I have deleted the play time activity and it's still the same, all my games are shown now as new with zero hours.

For one thing you should first contact Nintendo Support before following user suggestion as those haven't been tested and verified either. If you follow those instructions and had problems then it's not Nintendo issue anymore.
