I noticed someone in my friend list playing it yesterday and got curious, turns out it's just Link-a-Pix with a different name! I also played through the demo. I was super tempted to buy it right there, but decided to wait for a sale. Which happened today, the day after, so wow.
Anyway, this one features some positively huge puzzles, which is great. It seems they also plan to add more puzzles via updates (which they already did).
It plays nicely, although the controls could be a bit better. So has anyone else downloaded this?
I got it on sale too, although haven;t played it yet. I made a version of this for pc and OpenPandora a couple of years ago, so I'm a big fan of this type of game.
Yeah, and they promise more free content updates, so that's nice.
It would be nice if they had a level creator or something to form a bit of a community. I can see this kind of puzzle being fun to create.
So the first puzzle I played in the full game was a 128*128 humongous puzzle. That took a really long time to complete and it was a chicken-looking velociraptor.
Then I restarted it to get the achievement.

I think this last update added new background music tracks. And they loop properly!
This is like the best update so far.
They kind of completely removed the original one though, that’s sad. Edit: ok it’s still in the story mode menu. They seem to have fixed that loop too.
Jeez yet more free packs! Noticed black & white and symbols. Great timekiller. However they have given us so much free stuff they should really be charging us a quid or two per extra pack by now. Know it seems strange to suggest we should pay, but it's a good game, the developers have families to feed, and more income means more packs. Anyways well done guys and I hope NintendoLife picks up on your awesome genrousity. First FIFA now this...
Pretty cool cos I always boot up game at least couple times a week and still got TONS to do even before this update. I can see my time with the game running into hundreds of hours at this rate especially considering just one dinonsaur can take hours to complete. Pretty sure this will still be on my Switch in a few years time.
It was a sad sad feeling when I finally completed a dinosaur just to restart the puzzle right after.
Darn trophies.
I wonder if we will get the conceptis collaboration pack from the mobile app, they're so different in style from the piczle puzzles, I really like them.
I'd even recommend to download the mobile version just for that pack, it's free.
Conceptis's own mobile game (link-a-pix) also comes with tons of free puzzles and I do recommend it too, but Piczle Lines just plays a bit better overall, in my opinion.
