Persona could very well happen. Atlus are listed as a developer who want to support the system and for a game like Persona where any/all exposure is welcome I fail to see why there would be any good reason for them to not port it to the Switch, so long as it sells well, particularly in Japan. As you say they like the idea of putting their games on portables so if there's any upcoming game I'd be very confident in a Switch port for it would be Persona 5. Worth mentioning as well that despite how beautiful it is it isn't the most demanding of games and the fact that they managed to make it work on the PS3 should be more than sufficient to get it working on the Switch.
I sure as heck am getting it on PS4 as soon as it comes out but I wouldn't say anyone would be foolish for banking on a Switch version. We'll know in January for sure either way.
Even more so that the Vita is dead (poor thing) and well the 3ds... well has no chance of getting it.
That Sony puts out another Mobile Esque device is doubtfull at best.
It's extrememly technologically possible — if Skyrim SE can run on the Switch Persona 5 can — but who knows if they'll actually do it. Perfect platform for the game, though!
If that were true I would totally cancel my Ps4 version pre order. I would much rather play a time sink game like Persona on the go.
Check out my YouTube channel if you love gaming, and Nintendo (especially Metroid) I think you'll enjoy my videos. :)
