@RainbowLolita13 Your account page on eshop is stealthy On eshop, see your Mii/user icon in the upper right corner, clicking your user icon opens your account page. You'll see settings below your wish list, I believe .
@RainbowLolita13 In the screen grab below, see the circular donkey kong icon in the upper right? That's the user icon (yours is likely different. It's your Mii or some nintendo character). When you click that, it opens your account page. You'll see your gold points total... that page. Scroll down there and you'll see "Password-Entry Settings". Set "Starting Nintendo Eshop" to "skip password"
This is your account page below. Your password settings are way down, below your gold points status. So, just scroll down. Move your curser/highlighted focus to the right side of the page, and then scroll down.
@RainbowLolita13 If you still don't see your user icon, then I suspect your aren't the ehsop account holder. Only the user that buys the games can access eshop & account settings, and disable the eshop password.
....or your region country is set for a region that doesn't have eshop.
Everytime I try to enter eshop, It will always tell me to enter my password, what do I do now? I forgot my password could anyone tell me what to do in this case please give me some advice?
@RainbowLolita13 I think BruceCM is right, you'd need to sign into your Nintendo account at accounts.nintendo.com. But if you forgot your eshop password, then you've forgotten your NIntendo account password, I think they're the same. You'll have to go to login, and select forgot password, and get an email sent to reset your password.
@BruceCM The browser password & eshop opening password at the same, I believe. So, rainbowlolita13 will have to reset their Nintendo account password (at aacounts.nintendo.com) I don't think RainbowLolita13 figured that out yet. And RainbowLolita13 seem tired with the situation - ubderstandable.
I finally sorted the problem out, I needed to change my password and then go into eshop to change the settings to skip typing in the password to enter eshop. Thanks for your help!
