I got a email from Nintendo saying my controllers were sent December 12 and I would get them by December 15 by UPS but the tracking says it just left the location December 15 and how would they get it to me by the end of the 15 I am not sure.
@SwitchForce It took 7 days from WA to MI, but finally have them, really hoping they continue to make more of these types retro-controllers (come-on Dreamcast, lol) but why they made them to NOT work with third-party charging docks/hubs etc is getting old...
@HalfAWorldAway I haven't received my controllers yet either? They were supposed to be delivered on 2nd January after receiving an email stating they had been dispatched on the 28th December. I've reached out to Nintendo enquiring about the situation several time by email but have had no response.
I contacted DHL via live chat on their website today and they have stated that the controllers have been sent back to Nintendo...
"In regards to your consignment I can see this was returned to the shippers because they are not qualified to send dangerous goods through our network"
Not quite sure what has happened to them? I thought it may have been common courtesy of Nintendo to update or inform their customers with the orders?
Mine seem to have been sitting in Germany since before Christmas. They should've just sent a batch to the UK store and sell them to qualifying UK customers that way.
