@Undead_terror Thanks ๐ fixed it and taking what you said into consideration i completely agree that plastic would have been better choice like any other build and play toys etc as it looks like something i would play the Hell out of it and collect, but with cardboard it's going to wear out soon. I'm honestly interested in this and Nintendo is yet again innovating. At first glance this trailer looked so damn wired lol. But went back and I'm all in for it ๐๐๐
...$80 for the giant robot kit. Will that include software?
It looks tremendously exciting to me, just seems expensive for cardboard. Surely they'll be unlicensed rip-off templates before you can say labia... I mean labo.
@Tasuki 1 applies to every business out there; 2... good luck to them.
Not sure how cardboard can fail. Cheap to produce. Potentially fairly eco-friendly. Looks fun. Just got to have some worthwhile application for it. If it's just novelty crap that doesn't provide gameplay with any longevity it possibly won't do well for long, but if it's legit then the sky's the limit.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
I don't really know how well something like this will sell. Firstly the console is still expensive, most parents won't buy this system for their kids. Then there is the price of this package, which I assume most kids will get bored of really quickly and move on.
I so so hope Nintendo aren't going to be spending so much of their resources on stuff like this in order to try capturing that "Wii crowd" again and just forget about the core gamers because, you know, third party will take care of them.

Reminder that the idea that the Wii or DS had less great, hardcore first party games is an absurd myth.
For this to work I assume it's more than just cardboard. The shot of the backpack had a bunch of cables and I doubt the IR camera can work on its own in that piano contraption. We'll see I guess

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
I don't know what the end product will be like, but watching that trailer again, with all the different coloured joy-cons, the happy music, the keyboard, the application of the burger-eating sensor... I'm just seeing Switchs everywhere, flying off the shelf. 20 million in a year easy. What other consumer tech has this sort of possibility?
I really hope this is worthwhile, cos the trailer deserves it.

This. This is why I love Nintendo. They never forget what PLAY is about.
