Im sure if they are planning to reveal NX next year, THIS E3 would be the time to sell their plans to 3rd parties.
They must be near their final plans and specs if its coming next year so i bet there has been a lot of people looking at what they have behind closed doors!
3rd parties MUST have early dev kits AT LEAST if Nintendo are planning to showcase NX next year. If a game takes on average 3 years to make you do the math. I would hope they have more to show than just the console (or whatever it is) ! We will need to see games, lots of games if Nintendo is to pull itself out the fire!

If it was anything important, it would not have screened at the same time as the Digital Event.
It was the Digital Event, streamed on location. For the press that weren't watching at home online, they were taken to a room and shown the event so that they could write their articles on it.

There wouldn't be a single article written as everyone would have to sign an agreement.
It would be an early version so 3rd parties can say, it needs more this..., id need more this.... the controller should.....
Thats how a console with 3rd party support is created. If Nintendo arnt doing this we are in trouble again, as they basically ignored 3rd party wants with the WII U. Look what happened.
nah, if it was the new console, the NX, they would make it a whole crazy public meeting with fireworks, Mario, a new Reggie meme and pure hype essence, private meetings are for either boringthings, unfinished stuff or manipulating what will be shown in the press.
meaning it either doesn't interest us gamers or still has too many flaws to be openly shown.

It's not some super secret meeting with 3rd parties. It was just the Digital Event. The same one that we watched. Except instead of watching it at home in their pajamas, they watched it on a theater screen in LA. It even says right on the invitation that it's a look at software releases for 2015 and early 2016, nothing to do with NX at all.
This Nintendo Nuggests is not a reputable news source.
