And why are mods participating?

My 15 year old son got his switch banned for hacking they tell me. For sure my son has not hacked this switch. I have called and begged the US based Nintendo people for help but all they tell me is that the folks in Japan will not tell them anything.

I know 1000% he has done nothing wrong and would love to know what they say he done. I am willing to ship the the switch for their inspection but the US based people tell me they have done all they can do. If he has done something wrong they should say right? Just saying you hacked it is not reasonable.

I would like to know how many people get banned for no real reason? If you be honest...
