Hey everyone,
I was fooling around in the Daqa Koh shrine (called Stalled Flight, near the peak of Death Mountain) I did a shield jump at a specific time underneath the giant cube in the middle, and it clipped me through the Pistons into this large, square room. I think what happened was I got crushed by the rock during one of the animation frames of the shield surf animations, and got clipped through the pistons.
