I just bought a new SD card for my switch. I formatted using the switch itself. All my files downloaded for every game except LA Noire. And it’s only this game. No matter what I do I always get a corrupt data msg.

@Xaphod1280 It'll be slow, but put the card in a PC and download and use the formatter that Nintendo provides on their website - be sure to do the one that completely erases the card first.

Think I figured out the problem. I ordered it off Amazon. It was a fake SD card probably. I’m sending it back, getting a refund, and buying one from an actual store. Any recommendations?

@Xaphod1280 Check out office stores like Staples, OfficeMax/Depot. I got a mid-tier Sandisk 256Gb for about $20 on a sale.

Thanks!!! I think I’ll stay away from Amazon for a while.

Actually that isn't Amazon fault. If the price was dirt cheap for a 512gb card then you shoud've seen that coming. Blaming Amazon for a user thinking they got a steal doesn't add up here.

It was actually a 3rd person seller. No biggies.

@Xaphod1280 Yeah for Amazon you generally want to avoid 3rd party sellers for things like this. Amazon is too big for their own good, they couldn't possibly verify everything from 3rd parties even if they wanted them.

After you get your refund though, you should make a very negative review on their page - maybe you can help someone else avoid the same mistake.
