Topic: Need help with guardians in breath of the wild

I have just defeated calamity ganon and the guardians still attack me on sight. What do i do?

Nothing?

This. Just run up closer and stand still. They’ll deactivate when they realize you defeated Ganon.

And if that doesn't work: go back to the castle and check whether you've actually beaten Ganon. If not: defeat Ganon again and try the steps of Octane and PizzaJack again.

You weep for the fact that the evils in our world can never truly be beaten. Enemies will respawn and there will always be a new final boss to defeat. The struggle between light and darkness is neverending and no matter how hard you try: peace doesn't last forever.

..........in other words the save file doesn't let us enjoy a ganon free Hyrule

I have defeated him twice niw and they stil attack when i stand still

@Jack527 There is no endgame so enemies will still attack you. Nothing you can do after the credits but trying to find all shrines (manageable) or all Koroks (manageable but time-consuming and boring) or ride a motorbike that just breaks the game (part of the DLC). Back to the guardians, once you have ancient arrows, Stasis+ and better armour it's a million times easier to defeat them. Having a lot of stamina and a big blade allows you to do long charged attacks that break their legs. I love using Stasis+ and arrows against Lynels, too.

Not really much point finding shrines after Ganon.... I made sure I'd got all those 1st But I certainly didn't bother looking for all the korok seeds!

@BruceCM Same here, I found all the shrines before the final boss which were kind of disappointing inside. I think that I got around half the Koroks but I don't feel like finding any more even with the Korok mask.

Yeah, I settled for the about 200 of those I found it normal gameplay....
