So I got my Switch like 2 days ago it seemed fine but after like an hour of playing Zelda and Splatoon the Fan gets SUPER LOUD.Also when I charge and play it gets loud as hell also, what’s going on?
If I put it into sleep for a few seconds it’ll just get loud again and if I plug in the charger and plug it out it’ll get loud again...

It's hard to know without seeing / hearing it. I have noticed mine getting loud at times but in context for me this is usually when playing at night when it is quieter. Certainly it does depend on the game and I have noticed Zelda is one of the louder games for me. Personally I don't worry about it and at this this time of year when the weather is hotter the consoles are alreally 15 degrees hotter before they have done any work.

If I Thought it was a fault though I would keep an eye out for graphics glitching or the console stuttering or shutting down. If it doesn't do that I wouldn't worry.

Although it's new so just take it back and see if another unit is the same.

Switch fans in general are very loud. They're still talking about that stupid BOTW game...

It shouldn't get loud when it's charging. Have it looked at, it's still covered by warranty.

In that context it does sound louder than it should be. Take it back before you get to far into Zelda and you have to start again!

Switch fans suck. They should play a PS4 or something.

If your Switch is half the sound of your PS4, your Switch is faulty.

No struggle, no progress
