My response was the same as Madcow64: Thank you for writing, we are aware of the problem you have reported to us. We have already sent to the DEV team all the information necessary to try and find a solution.
When the fix will be ready, it will be released in a patch.

About the refund you must contact your game retailer about it.
@Ralle same as mine! I got the game digitally as well. At this point, I think we should be eligible for a refund. The main part of this game lies on the career mode, and it’s broken.
Well, the career now works, but already had a few times that the game hangs on "please wait..." screens. Also it keeps asking me to accept the EULA all the time. Do they even test their games?
Edit: so the result of this is that certain content is not available as I can't get the game to register me accepting the EULA. "Unlink" is also greyed out as it doesn't connect to a SX profile. I made another support ticket.
Update: I just received an answer from Milestone and they are aware of the issue with the EULA.
