Minna de Waiwai Spelunker will be released on Switch on 20th April this Year in Japan.
The Game is a enhanced Version of Spelunker World, which was previously released on PS4. Here is the Trailer:

This looks like someone wanted to make Spelunky, but then got bored halfway through and made a Nintendo-y platformer.

This is not a bad thing, just so you know.

There is a demo (or free to play?) version up on the Japanese eShop. A little confusing, but I was able to figure it out without understanding Japanese. Pretty fun.

I also downloaded the demo and played it with a friend. We had tons of fun, so i can't wait for the retail version i ordered. Still have the feeling i'm the only person who cares for the Spelunker series on Nintendolife.

I enjoyed the demo, and I think it could be quite fun in multiplayer. I'm considering importing it via Play-Asia once they get some in stock.

@ECMIM Thanks for pointing that out.
The PS4 Version is hands down on of the best F2P Games i know. You can play through the entire Game without spending any Money, only fancy stuff like clothes or pets will cost you extra.

It's just strange that the PS4 Version doesn't offer offline Mulitplayer.
Couch Mutliplayer on the Switch is a big selling point for me.
