Hello, I just got a Nintendo Switch for my birthday. The Switch itself was on a display in the store so it really wasn´t completely new, it had been unboxed before. So the guy packed it, technically it was brand new tho. Now today I noticed that when I plug in the charging cable to my Switch it kinda moves around a little bit? Is it normal? When I hold it and move it, it moves up and down a little bit.
Okay, thank you so much! Also is it normal when the joycons move a little bit?
A little play is always ok. Don’t let your OCD get the best of you. 😁
And I’m not mocking your OCD. I know all about it. My left Joycon was angled out, with the top being further away than the bottom. Bothered the hell out of me.
Took a tiny Phillips head and tightened the top two rails screws on the console. It’s straight now.
As long as the plug doesn't easily fall out and an electrical connection is maintained then I wouldn't worry about it. If you have any concerns then I would contact the store you purchased it from and see if they can offer a remedy.
Now I noticed a new thing, my left JoyCon's thumbstick makes a springy noise when I move it down. It is so annoying. Is that normal too or should I go and try to replace it cuz its a 150km ride from my location to the store.
Why should I be trolling you? I did alot of research before getting the Switch and I am aware of all the problems so I am worried because it is a brand new Switch
