To load the games open world takes:

64 seconds on Wii U

vs

51 on Switch.

Little question.
Will Switch version has Complete Disguise part to be applied ?
I wanna make Custom Disguise with Boxing Gloves put on Chase since Wii U version didn't allow me to do that. (Lack of Custom Disguise variety)

Shame to hear about the load time issue not being sorted. Never picked up the original and will probably skip this too now

This was a great game on the Wii U. The load times where irritating but certainly didn't ruin the experience. Even if the improvements are small I'd still say it's worth picking up for anyone who's not played it.

Infact i will grab it since i did not on Wii U, but not at full price

@FGPackers It is an old Game with not much in the way of extras so really should be budget priced.

Is it true they added multiplayer to the game this time around?

Ugh, the loading times are putting me off...really don't want to sit and wait for a minute each time the screen pops up. >_>

its an awesome game, the load times are a PITA yes, but don't let that keep you away.

Does local Co-op need full controllers for each player or will one joycon each suffice?

@Joeynator3000 Going by the WiiU version also keep in mind the infamous long loading time is on initial startup, not between missions. There are load times, and they can be lengthy when entering/exiting the station, or a predefined mission, there are no loads when doing anything else in the open world part, the whole thing is just one big level. And the load times when entering/exiting the station or missions are shorter than the most infamous, the initial load time. With Switch, since you have sleep mode, you theoretically only have to see that initial load once ever if you don't switch games. WiiU you had to see it Ever. Single. Day.

And as tsurii said, it's still 15s or about 20% less than it was on WiiU. More painful than most games, but it's not quite WiiU version bad.

I have been considering double dipping on this but I imagine going through it again will feel like quite a slog. I'm not sure if there is any replay value. I wonder how they've handled the tablet scanner aspects on the PS4 version.

There is nothing wrong with my avi and if you have a problem then dont look. Hi all. My son has been playing for a couple hours and he is at the point. Where he is on the roof of the red cafe. He caught 1st clown and has locked into 2nd clown but there is no Gardner to grow the vine to climb the fence. If anyone could point us in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I'm stuck at level "Dirty Work". The first level of the sewer, I opened the door to the next part of the level (picture here http://oyster.ignimgs.com/mediawiki/apis.ign.com/lego-city-un... but can't walk through it. Game behaves as if the door is still locked). Anyone else experience this?

Have the latest updated to the game.

@FGPackers There is no need for a dow.nload. WB, when questioned about this, stated there is no 13GB download needed. The statement on the box is a misprint. I'm running it with no download and it's fine.

@ogel My son is also having this same issue. Did you ever resolve it?
