@superguy123 GIven the person who originally leaked L.A. Noire implied at least one more game from R* is coming our way Nintendo likely paid them for the ports themselves.
@ICISAZEL the price of games, specifically retail AAA games is still pegged at 60$. Thats why developers are now trying to find ways to recoup the development cost thru other areas like microtransaction, dlcs etc. bcecause the cost to make goes uo while the price is stagnant. It never went up. During the cart era games can go as high as 100$. You saying that the price of games substantially went up after transitioning to CDs are wrong
It had a very low key release. I called in my local Game shop on release day and they had a rack at the front of the shop with LA Noire boxes for Xbox and PS4 but none for Switch. There were plenty on the Switch shelves though just mixed in with other games.
I did buy a copy from Argos for a few quid cheaper. I enjoyed it on the ps3 back in 2011, although I wish there was a bit more free roam in the LA streets they so meticulously recreated. It seems a bit of a waste somehow.
