Just my take on these things. Don't waste your time. They do make the Joy-Con thumb sticks more comfortable to use. But the right one gets in the way when you need to use the B button. Every time I go to hit B I end up moving the right stick with it. This doesn't work out well playing Doom when it will move your direction you're looking away. Maybe they work better for others and other games. But I'll be taking mine back.
@DTMOF84 I have only used them on the PS4 and that's when I play CoD. From my experience they aren't bad and I do find that they make my aiming and such alot more acurate.

I can see them working better for other controllers. But I don't think I'm going to keep them. I might give them one more try before I take them back to be sure.
