Topic: Killer Queen Black

Trying to make an excuse to buy this game. Seems like a great co-op (couch and online). But it seems it needs a huge online community.

Any one playing it? Any thoughts o suggestions?

And your thought about community is correct, at the moment my only negative point in this game that almost all matches have bots filling in players.

It does have crossplay with pc, so I think that it takes just some time to community grow. Should help when it lauches Xbox, I read that it will come game pass so that could mean more players. And I think when more reviews come that helps too.

But I have enjoyed my time with this so far.

What is it with all the bee games at the moment?
Bee Simulator, Where the Bees make Honey, and this, all within the same couple of weeks.

Anyway, I thought Nintendo was picking up Killer Queen Black to publish it. They discovered this arcade multiplayer esports title a while ago and it seemed to have struck a chord with lots of people.

If the make a Bee Metroidvania pixel art... I'm sold!

@Justifier really interested in a good online competitive game, like the style of this on. One question - can I play with more then one player online... Like me and one or two friends in my switch and play online?

I have seen players where there are example "justifier" and "justifier (1)" in same team. I would assume that they play from same console.

Great, now and then I couch co-op with some friends and this game will be a great addition.

It does have couch co-op or versus? I may be interested then, though I am a bit iffy on buying more couch multiplayer games at the moment. I already have a lot of them and hardly any of them gets played anymore. I need to meet with friends more, not just my GF who only wants to play BotW (can't really blame her).

I'm a bit dissapointed with the online, it sometimes takes more than 5 minutes to get matched up in rank, quick play is full of bots. I'm afraid there's not a lot of players at the moment and it's a new game

Just recently purchased this game and I'm wondering if there are any active players here on NL?

It's on my wishlist, I just don't wanna buy a dead game.

the game is on sale currently, but i'm on the fence with many people saying the community is small... even with the crossplay with other platforms is it still small?

The community is small but it's a cool little game. There's not many games that do couch co-op online. It's nice to find one other than mario kart

I really wish Splatoon allowed for it.

I finally went ahead and bought it.
Online matches are found pretty fast (less than 60 seconds), but there's always a bot or two on the teams. I still have to try it with my girlfriend or my friends, but having fun so far!

Loving this game.
