I just bought my nintendo switch. When i opened it the joy cons were low on battery. So i charged them in the dock. But now when i have them connected to the tablet they say that they are full on power but when i take them off and play they only have about 50% battery life. Should i be worried about this?
@FunZep That sounds weird. Are you sure they say they have 100% power when connected? The icons will show a 100% full battery with a lightening bolt icon, I believe in green if they're NOT 100% charged and are charging. It will show a full battery in BLACK if it's actually 100% charged and not charging. Could it be that they're just not fully charged yet but you mistook the icon for meaning it was?
(I.E. if it's really 50% charged, you'd see a 50% charge icon, in black, when you have them detached, you'd see a "full" green bar icon with a lightening bolt if it's charging when attached. It would be full and black if it were charged and not currently charging. )
If it's full and black (full/not charging) when connected, but only half full and black when detached, that doesn't sound right.
