Do you prefer to use grip attachments when playing in handheld? I go back and forth with it. They help out but I don’t like having to take them off to use the controller grip. Are there some that attach better than the rubber ones that slip on and cover the area around the buttons too much?
I rarely use the grip at all. It feels too square-ish like im a Square or something. But handheld mode i leave them attached. Ill use my Pro for docked mode 100%
Table Top mode is for suckers.
I bought a cheap $10 case for the Switch in handheld mode that has controller shaped grips on the back. I almost wish I hadn't as now I cant stand to play it without the case. And it wont dock with the case on. But then again I haven't played my Switch docked on a TV in about 2 months, at this point its strictly a handheld gaming console to me.
I have some rubber grips from PDP. I like the feel of them. But they make it harder to hit the - button and slip a bit. But they are comfortable. I liked the thumb stick covers at first. But they’re harde to use when you sweat I think.
@Samus7Killer yeah I have Pro. Use it all the time docked and on the occasion for table top. Table top mainly if I have it set up I’m front of my computer at the desk. I just set a small tv up on the desk for my SNES classic. Maybe I should get another dock?
@Samus7Killer those after market docks are frying switches.. i would stay away from all of them for like a year when it's more evident if any of them are good or not.
That doesn’t surprise me. I don’t trust Nyko much. I had one of those Xbox 360 intercoolers they made. It ran off the Xbox power supply. Pretty sure it screwed that Xbox up.
